The Books Council employs around 40 full-time and part-time staff, who are based mainly in our Castell Brychan offices in Aberystwyth or our Distribution Centre on the outskirts of the town. We have a small team of sales representatives who are based in different locations around Wales and who liaise with schools, libraries and booksellers across the country.
