CITY OF LITERATURE BID CO-ORDINATOR
Do you have a keen interest in literature of all kinds?

Can you help Aberystwyth/Ceredigion achieve UNESCO City of Literature status in Wales?

The Books Council and the Ymgyrch Dinas Llên UNESCO Stakeholder Group are looking for a person with:

  • experience of research, gathering and summarizing information
  • experience of preparing and submitting first class applications
  • a good knowledge of the literary context of Aberystwyth, Ceredigion and Wales

£36,648-£40,221 full-time, 37 hours a week, consideration will be given to part-time working and to job-sharing. Conversational Welsh is essential.

Fixed period until April 2025

OCCASIONAL WORK
T
he Books Council is keen to create a list of people who would be willing to undertake occasional work from time to time. The work would consist mainly of collating and packing leaflets. The work will be bases in Aberystwyth.
