My main interests are politics, music and rugby, but finding escape in a good novel is always a pleasure, and one which I tend to take for granted. As a teenager, my relationship with books and reading has been constantly. My aim as a member of Books Council of Wales Young People’s Panel 2023 is to convey and discuss my thoughts on the future of literature from my perspective as a young person in the digital age. I am looking forward to joining the other young people on the panel in analysing literature for young adults in Wales, especially following a long period when we were all unable to get together to discuss and network. I am delighted that I have been selected to represent the young people of Wales. I hope I can do them justice!
