I’m Gruffudd ab Owain, and I’m an A Level student at Ysgol Godre’r Berwyn, Y Bala, studying Welsh, Mathematics, French and Spanish. My interests are mainly cycling and the arts, and writing about them. I have a blog called Y Ddwy Olwyn, I am deputy editor of Y Selar magazine, and I contribute as a freelance writer to other publications. My aim as a member of the panel is to bridge the gap that can appear between children’s books and adult books, ensure that diversity is maintained and extended, as well as exploring strategies to better engage with young people today.
