Sales Officers
The Books Council’s Sales Officers travel the length and breadth of Wales visiting the Libraries of Wales to show the latest books available and collect orders.
Our officers have the experience and knowledge to recommend which books would work best in different libraries.
You can also search for information about all the books available on the Books Council’s database on the web as well as order through our site https://shop.books.wales.
Orders are processed through a local shop of the library’s choice, which helps support the local industry and local society.

The Books Council’s Children’s Books and Reading Promotion Department also works with libraries in order to promote special events such as World Book Day, Summer Reading Challenge, Tir na n-Og Awards and other campaigns.
