If you need any advice on how to apply for a publishing grant, please contact our Publishing Development Department directly, particularly if you are a new publisher starting out. Please note that the Books Council does not accept grant applications directly from individuals.
If you’re an author, illustrator or designer looking for funding, you need to secure the support of a publisher who in turn will submit an application to the Books Council.
